Job Details:-
Title: - Process Associate/Senior Process Associate
Job Location: - Work From Home
Shift Timings: - 9:30am-6:30pm
Compensation: - 15k-18k
Job Description:-
 Process Associate will be responsible to call the defaulted customer and inform them regarding
their overdue payment detail, and instruct the customer to clear the outstanding amount
through phone calls, emails
 Customers issues handling. 
 Maintaining MIS report & dash boards. 
 Contact counterparts through mails/calls as per the process requirement for any
clarifications.
Desirable:- 
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
 Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. 
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
 Maintaining a good relation with the counterparts and all team members 
 Maintaining a professional approach to work at all times, providing prompt and
appropriate responses at all levels. 
 Actively participate in the team meetings and other initiatives taken by the company. 
 Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
